Hidden within one of Preston’s oldest buildings, PLAU is home to three distinct experiences, each shaped by the character and history of the building itself.
From carefully crafted cocktails in the main bar to FINO’s tapas and rooftop terrace, and The Vaults, pouring a full, ever-changing line-up of Rivington Brewing Co. beers alongside their iconic Never Known Fog Like It on permanent pour, every space offers something different to discover.
Centuries of history, original features and hidden spaces have been brought back to life with a contemporary approach to food, drink and hospitality. Every room has its own atmosphere, but together they create something uniquely PLAU: independent, full of character and always evolving.
For this year’s Preston Pub Festival, PLAU explores beer in an entirely different way. Beer, But Not As You Know It is a collection of six limited-edition serves that blur the line between craft beer and classic cocktails, sitting alongside our curated selection of guest cask
